01. i have the right to deny a commission if i do not feel comfortable or if i believe i cannot complete your request. (ex. if i don't have time, as i work full-time.)

03. commissioners cannot re-sell, redistribute, claim as their own, or use ANY of my works for AI or NFT's.

04. i am allowed to use the photos that i take for your commissions to show on my sample works. commissioners are responsible to let me know to keep the photos private until a release date or until date.

05. commissioners may notify me if they need their commission done by a certain date/deadline. if i cannot get your commission done by your deadline, i will initate a refund for your request if we cannot discuss further.

06. YOU MUST PAY IN FULL UPFRONT VIA CASHAPP OR PAYPAL. i will not start your commission if you do not pay upfront for it. there may be chances we can talk about a payment plan that would work for both of us.

07. REFUNDS CANNOT BE REQUESTED IF I HAVE STARTED YOUR COMMISSION! if i cannot proceed with your commission by any means, you will receive a refund.

08. if you are commissioning me for a video showcase, YOUR AVATAR MUST BE AT FULL COMPLETION. fees will occur and prices depend on how far i am into your comm already.

09. commissioners are responsible to give me feedback when progress is sent. if no response within a time frame of at least ~12hrs, i will continue your commission at my own pace.
* any revisions are allowed to be asked of in the beginning of the commission, or in the certain area shown. no revisions can be asked for after the final draft is received and approved!
